Remember, the listing agent was hired by the seller to get
the highest possible price for their property. They are contractually
obligated to represent the seller, not you! As a true buyers agent, they
will represent you when you are ready to make an offer on a property. Most
buyer representation services are free so it doesn't cost you any more to be
represented than it would if you were to call the agent representing the
seller, and you'll probably get a better price.
